Mark Leenards is Country Manager Lithuania at BlueMonks and is responsible for the further expansion and positioning of the organisation within the Baltic region. In this role, he focuses on market development, strategic partnerships and strengthening BlueMonks’ international presence.

With a background in entrepreneurship, investments and strategic advice, Mark brings broad commercial and executive experience. He combines market insight with a strong network, enabling BlueMonks to connect local expertise with international compliance standards.

Within his area of responsibility, the focus is on sustainable growth, establishing solid operational structures and building long-term relationships with financial institutions and regulated companies in the region.
