May-Britt Verhoef is Senior Legal Counsel and Data Protection Officer (DPO) at BlueMonks. In this role, she is responsible for the legal substantiation of compliance issues and for independent oversight of compliance with privacy legislation within the organisation.
With her legal expertise, she ensures that BlueMonks’ services fully align with applicable national and international laws and regulations, including integrity legislation and data protection frameworks. She advises on complex structures, questions of interpretation and legal risks, and translates legal frameworks into practical, legally sound solutions.
As DPO, she oversees the careful handling of personal data, safeguards privacy by design within processes and acts as the independent point of contact for data protection matters.
Within BlueMonks, May-Britt plays a key role in safeguarding legal consistency and integrity. Her approach is characterised by analytical sharpness, independence and diligence.
