Cathy Lindeman is KYC Journey Manager and Team Lead at BlueMonks. She leads the team of analysts and ensures that every client file runs smoothly and according to the correct standards, from onboarding to completion.

With an eye for detail and a structured approach, Cathy ensures that quality and consistency within the team remain assured, even as the number of files increases. She combines coaching colleagues with hands-on involvement in more complex cases.

Outside of work, Cathy is an avid reader, something she believes goes well with her role: just like with a file, it is about patiently unravelling a story.
