Field Trip in Vilnius
At the end of November 2025, the BlueMonks team traveled to Vilnius, the green and authentic capital of Lithuania. During this “Field Trip,” team building was central, including a valuable strategic session in the 326-meter-high TV Tower.

In 2024, BlueMonks Lithuania UAB was established, a local branch in Lithuania that supports activities in the Benelux. Lithuania was chosen due to its strategic location, robust digital infrastructure, and supportive labor legislation. The country’s growing tech sector and the availability of skilled professionals in KYC and AML make it an ideal location for further expansion of operations.

In Vilnius, the Dutch and local teams came together to get to know each other and each other’s cultures better, while exchanging knowledge and ideas. BlueMonks expects to roll out its first services specifically for the Baltic market in 2026.

Christmas Bazaar
Part of the trip included a visit to the Christmas Bazaar, where the Dutch Embassy in Lithuania participates every year. At the Dutch stand, delicious hot drinks, pancakes, and traditional spiced cookies were served, together with staff from the NATO Multinational Battle Group in Lithuania. BlueMonks had the honor of sponsoring this stand with Miffy-themed gifts. All proceeds go to local charities in Lithuania.
